Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

 

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, our courier service will make up to two additional attempts. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Customers requesting re-shipment may be required to cover additional delivery charges.
